Peter is responsible for the strategic and day-to-day oversight of the Company’s leasing and marketing efforts. Mr. Nizwantowski has over 25 years of experience with extensive expertise in investing, leasing, development, redevelopment and managing retail real estate.
Prior to joining BGI LLC in 2012, he held senior positions at I.J. Barkan, Inc. and operated a consulting firm, Retail Investment Services LLC.
